Strategy Formulation (STEP 6)
Eight Strategic Issues have been identified for which we are collecting, summarizing and analyzing feedback through the spring conferences, pulse report and the help of volunteers from throughout the system. The eight issues highlighted are shown below (in no particular order). Each has an overview of the spring roundtable discussions by subcommittee that you may view by clicking the name of the issue.
Beneath the issue name are goals for each strategic issue. At annual conference, as we move to the next stage of the strategic planning process, we will be brainstorming action strategies for each of the goals listed. Groups will meet at annual conference for discussions to take place around a particular issue. Feedback can always be sent to the point of contact for the issue.
Issue leaders are listed beside the issue name and you may click on their name to contact via email.
